Our experience here was excellent. We came in o e day and looked at a ring that contained our son’s birthstone and a butterfly and then came back a few days later to get it. Our son had just passed away and this ring meant a lot to my wife. They were very receptive and kind while working with us on the purchase and made us feel like more than just a “customer” getting a product. The lady also showed my wife the cleaning cloth for silver and cleaned her earrings which was amazing. They brought a smile to our face which was not easy to do. We will be coming back for life!

Had an amazing experience at Ashcroft and Oak with Kat and Jason. My mom and I purchased 3 matching gold rings as a surprise for my sister on her wedding day (one for each of us). Jason went above and beyond to ensure the rings arrived in time. It was such a special gift for my sister on her wedding day and we are so grateful for Jason’s effort to ensure the rings arrived in time!

Well Theresa and her assistant were very friendly and professional with me. I've been with Roger's and Holland for 17 yrs and my wife have been with them even longer. There isn't any other Jeweler we rather go to. I've arrived here today and had both of our wedding bands for our inspection and in no time they were inspected, cleaned and returned to me.
