Unfortunately I didn't catch the name of the associate who helped me but I had an amazing experience buying my first watch at the Fairfield commons location 11/23/25. He helped me look at various watches within my budget with a smile on his face the entire time. Will go back thank you.

I was just stepping in to find out what size wedding ring I would need to order something off of the internet. Tyler J welcomed me and my fiancée with a big smile, found my ring size, and offered to let me try different rings to help me hone in on a width and style I would like to have on my hand for the rest of my life. It turns out I found the right ring in store, and Tyler was very friendly and concise along the way. Me and my partner went engagement ring shopping. This was the second store we looked at. Bill was very friendly and got us up to speed on what to know about diamonds, gold, and the like. Showed us a variety of rings so that my partner could get a good feel for how it felt on her hand. Came back after looking at several places in town and decided to go the custom route, which Johnathan helped me with. They asked me if I had a budget in mind, and stated they would try their best to work with that and did so. We went through several iterations with the artists designing the ring. We looked at diamonds together, online, and in person to pick the right center stone. The prices on their diamonds beat comparable diamonds from other retailers. They were very respectful, amenable, and pleasant throughout the whole process. The final product was a ring that my partner was very happy with. Would recommend to anyone!
