I stopped in looking for help with specifics for an engagement ring. Right away I was greeted and taken care of. Kim was helping me the most, however the other staff was also kind and attentive when not assisting other customers. Kim (and staff) were very patient as we chose the band and stone with my specific preferences in mind. Very happy with my visit, and will be going back for future jewelry projects/gifts! Well Theresa and her assistant were very friendly and professional with me. I've been with Roger's and Holland for 17 yrs and my wife have been with them even longer. There isn't any other Jeweler we rather go to. I've arrived here today and had both of our wedding bands for our inspection and in no time they were inspected, cleaned and returned to me. Theresa is absolutely amazing! I needed my Wife's wedding ring fixed and rodium plated, and she was able to get all my info found, collated into one account and have the ring sent off, fixed and back within a week and a half!
