I worked with Byron and Julles at the Champaign, IL Roger’s and Hollands and we had a great experience. Even though I didn’t want a “high end” watch, they treated me like a favored customer and didn’t try to push the more expensive ones, but showed what was available. I needed a couple links added to make it more comfortable and they gladly ordered them since they weren’t readily available.
