My wife and I went into the store multiple times so she could look at and try on diamond stud earrings. She wasn’t sure exactly what she wanted in the beginning and was looking at multiple pairs at multiple different stores. She finally settled on what she wanted finding 3 different sets at 3 different stores. All were similar in stone size, clarity, and setting. The difference was the people! Elijah and Delaney were incredible. Very helpful and kind. Explaining and answering every question my wife had. They were both incredibly patient and not pushy in the slightest. I absolutely could not have asked for a better experience buying my wife her dream earrings. Rana and Kat truly are the best w company employee’s a company could ever have. They both made sure i was completely comfortable with everything, have an incredible amount of patience with my crazy crazy questions. i am truly so thankful that they were here and i would have lost my mind if they weren’t here. every other place i went to they tried to scam and made me extremely uncomfortable. but rana and kat are the complete opposite, they made sure we were in my budget and i was truly comfortable with what my fiance and I were looking at. i would highly recommend if you’re gonna go anywhere come here and look for rana and kat.
