My wife and I went into the store multiple times so she could look at and try on diamond stud earrings. She wasn’t sure exactly what she wanted in the beginning and was looking at multiple pairs at multiple different stores. She finally settled on what she wanted finding 3 different sets at 3 different stores. All were similar in stone size, clarity, and setting. The difference was the people! Elijah and Delaney were incredible. Very helpful and kind. Explaining and answering every question my wife had. They were both incredibly patient and not pushy in the slightest. I absolutely could not have asked for a better experience buying my wife her dream earrings. If there’s anything you’re looking for I would absolutely suggest giving Elijah a chance to earn your business. You won’t be sorry!

A huge shout-out to the team at this location. I get nervous with large purchases and was already anxious after visiting the other jewelers before arriving at Rogers and Hollands. Upon walking in, we were immediately greeted by Christopher, Cady, and Jaxon. These three folks earned my trust right away due to their genuine interest to help and ensure we got what we wanted. Christopher provided us information about warranties, cleanings, protection plans, and setting styles. Information no other jeweler, in town, had provided. The company’s ring designer Brad was available for a consultation coincidentally around the time we walked in, Christopher and Cady helped coordinate an opportunity for us to meet on Teams with Brad, where he crafted the perfect engagement ring for my soon-to-be fiancé. After we designed our ring Christopher and his team were excellent in finalizing the transaction, and it was very cool that he gave us a large amount of spend $300, get $100 off coupons for our next purchase. Last edit to add! - Randall called today to let me know the new ring was in stock, walked in, immediately was taken care of by the wonderful Randall. It was a quick, headache free swap out. Still very satisfied with bringing my buisness to ashcorft & Oak and of course to Randall, i hope theres comission for him! Randall helped me find an upgrade for my hubby! There were many options, and im not very knowledgeable on men's rings but he helped me find the perfect upgrade! *Edit* Ended up getting wring size, like a doof, called over the phone, got ahold of Randall again, he helped special order the correct size. All in all, very happy and satisfied with the customer service here!
