Our experience here was excellent. We came in o e day and looked at a ring that contained our son’s birthstone and a butterfly and then came back a few days later to get it. Our son had just passed away and this ring meant a lot to my wife. They were very receptive and kind while working with us on the purchase and made us feel like more than just a “customer” getting a product. The lady also showed my wife the cleaning cloth for silver and cleaned her earrings which was amazing. They brought a smile to our face which was not easy to do. We will be coming back for life! I stopped in looking for help with specifics for an engagement ring. Right away I was greeted and taken care of. Kim was helping me the most, however the other staff was also kind and attentive when not assisting other customers. Kim (and staff) were very patient as we chose the band and stone with my specific preferences in mind. Very happy with my visit, and will be going back for future jewelry projects/gifts!
