I went to many other jewelers and Rodgers & Hollands was the only place that made me feel like more then just another customer. Courtney at the Portage location as fantastic! She took the time with me to help me find what I really wanted. Other places just showed me a few items and didn't have in-stock what I was looking for. 17 yrs ago I came in with tears in my eyes because the jewelry store we purchased our rings from failed to tell me how small it would be after soldered together. Blamed on me.
