The customer service is wonderful. Dana chatted with me and cleaned my ring that was my grandmothers as I looked and tried on jewelry. Although I didn't make a purchase today, I will definitely be back! I used to be loyal to another jewelry store but stopped going based on the location being all the way in Joliet and then after driving out there has horrible customer service so glad I decided to stroll in to Rodgers & Hollands today!

i lost my wedding band for a second time and i went back to rogers and hollands where i met angie. angie was very nice, courteous and pleasant. she offered another alternative for the new wedding ring which was less expensive but looked identical to my old one and is made of high quality tungsten. angie ordered the new ring and it arrived very quickly. i appreciate angie's help. since this is the third wedding ring we purchased from rogers and hollands i would definitely return.

I was just stepping in to find out what size wedding ring I would need to order something off of the internet. Tyler J welcomed me and my fiancée with a big smile, found my ring size, and offered to let me try different rings to help me hone in on a width and style I would like to have on my hand for the rest of my life.
