Theresa is absolutely amazing! I needed my Wife's wedding ring fixed and rodium plated, and she was able to get all my info found, collated into one account and have the ring sent off, fixed and back within a week and a half! Excellent customer service, Jim was amazing to work with ensuring I found the perfect settings and stones for me. I was very impressed by the blossom cut diamonds I was shown and ended up choosing them for the wedding band I purchased! Even though I didn’t want a “high end” watch, they treated me like a favored customer and didn’t try to push the more expensive ones, but showed what was available. I needed a couple links added to make it more comfortable and they gladly ordered them since they weren’t readily available.
