I went to many other jewelers and Rodgers & Hollands was the only place that made me feel like more then just another customer. Courtney at the Portage location as fantastic! She took the time with me to help me find what I really wanted. Other places just showed me a few items and didn't have in-stock what I was looking for. My fiancé and I went in to find a wedding band for him and the sales associate was absolutely phenomenal from the moment we entered at the Franklin Park Mall location, until the moment we left the store! She answered our questions, helped us choose the band that we loved and made sure to assist us in purchasing everything we needed.
