I came in during summer time and talked to a lady named Patricia Srachta we talked about a ring and she told me when I’m ready to stop in. Lori did an amazing job. I stopped at multiple places looking to purchase a diamond and have it set in my wife’s wedding ring. At all of those stops I was met with almost snobbish attitudes.
