The staff helped out immensely with a purchase of a Ruby Necklace that I eyed! They were attentive to the customer and were also taking care of newer staff. Emily was exceedingly helpful in showing the necklace and showing engagement ring ideas! I would recommend shopping and the prices seem very reasonable! Even though I didn’t want a “high end” watch, they treated me like a favored customer and didn’t try to push the more expensive ones, but showed what was available. I needed a couple links added to make it more comfortable and they gladly ordered them since they weren’t readily available.
