My girlfriend and I just LOVE coming here! Piper and Dan are an absolute Joy and Pleasure to work with. They are so helpful and knowledgeable at their jobs. We live in the Minneapolis/St. Paul metro and have gone to other R&H Jeweler stores in the metro area and the Rochester store is the one we keep coming back to. Totally worth the extra drive to work with Piper and Dan! We highly recommend everyone to go here. The customer service is wonderful. Dana chatted with me and cleaned my ring that was my grandmothers as I looked and tried on jewelry. Although I didn't make a purchase today, I will definitely be back! I used to be loyal to another jewelry store but stopped going based on the location being all the way in Joliet and then after driving out there has horrible customer service so glad I decided to stroll in to Rodgers & Hollands today!
