They were very patient with me, I came back 3 times in the same day! I shopped other jewelry stores and even bought one somewhere else but my mind kept going back to this ring so I returned the other one and bought R&H ring instead. Theresa is absolutely amazing! I needed my Wife's wedding ring fixed and rodium plated, and she was able to get all my info found, collated into one account and have the ring sent off, fixed and back within a week and a half!
