Several months ago, I stopped in to look at watches. Elliott assisted me showing me many different styles and I focused in on a particular Citizen. I didn’t purchase at that time thinking I would miss my Apple Watch. I have been looking at the watch online since then and went back to purchase it yesterday, 11/22/25. Elliott remembered me and the watch I loved. That is how to treat customers. I bought the watch and had a marvelous experience. They will be my go to place for jewelry. Thank you Elliott and team!!

My fiancé and I went in to find a wedding band for him and the sales associate was absolutely phenomenal from the moment we entered at the Franklin Park Mall location, until the moment we left the store! She answered our questions, helped us choose the band that we loved and made sure to assist us in purchasing everything we needed.
