Had a great experience at the Belden Village store with Kimberly and Ryan. We went into this store to look for something for myself and my wife saw a ring she really liked. Kimberly showed us the ring as well as some others similar to compare it to. There was no pressure whatsoever and she took her time and answered all our questions. She was delightful to work with. After a much longer visit than I expected, we purchased the ring Kimberly showed us, a new ring for me and a necklace for my wife. Oh, and I did purchase what I originally stopped in to look at for myself. Ryan was also very helpful when I was looking for a new wedding band for me. He was able to find one, a bit unusual, that I would consider. I did purchase it. Kimberly and Ryan, in my opinion, went above and beyond to help us. We’ll be back soon to have Kimberly help us with future purchases.

The customer service is wonderful. Dana chatted with me and cleaned my ring that was my grandmothers as I looked and tried on jewelry. Although I didn't make a purchase today, I will definitely be back! I used to be loyal to another jewelry store but stopped going based on the location being all the way in Joliet and then after driving out there has horrible customer service so glad I decided to stroll in to Rodgers & Hollands today!

Beautiful Store. We have purchased several pieces of jewelry from Rogers and Hollands. Every time we walk in, the staff know who we are and are super friendly and helpful. Nas has helped us each time and made sure everything is perfect. This last piece we purchased, he made it possible for the ring to be resized that day and walk out the door with it. We Love Rogers and Hollands and will continue to purchase jewelry from them. and Nas is absolutely wonderful!
