Staff are always attentive and helpful. I got my diamonds checked out and cleaned. I got another ring sent out for resizing and it came back in quickly!! My husband buys all my jewelry here.

I’ve now been here a couple times and have bought two watches and I have had a pretty good experience overall. My first watch was sold to me by Madison I believe her name was and she was very nice to me but to be honest she wanted me to buy something more than I did. I came home on Black Friday that night with my first watch and I still have it and absolutely love it. I came back over a year later for my second one to be greeted by Madeline and Bill which they both felt pretty friendly to me. Madeline was very nice and Bill was super down to earth with me which I appreciate. I bought a watch and didn’t like it so I came back a few days later to exchange it for another Bulova which I love and it wasn’t too much of a hassle. I didn’t want to spend as much as I did but Bill found me the perfect watch so I bit the bullet. Overall I do like this place and do recommend it and the only reason for the 4 stars is because I did feel pressured at times to buy something but I do really like this place and the people. I will be back and thank you!

I recently purchased a watch for my husband, and he loved it! He took it in to be size and no issues. He purchased a ring for me, all I can say is it is beautiful. The style, setting, the shape of the diamond....I just love it! And I am sure they did assist him in choosing it! I have had jewelry repaired there and never a worry. Ameera, Marybeth, and Liz are always with a warm greeting, a smile, professional, knowledgeable and listen to what you are looking for, with no pressure.

Brad is great!!! My other half is not the easiest to work with and Brad knows just how to sell to him!! We drive over 2 hours just to deal with Brad. Love this store!
