Wonderful experience tonight at the Springfield, Illinois location! My sister and I were in need of a couple jewlery repairs and Madison went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. Came in to look at watches, was helped immediately by a very knowledgeable salesperson, but she also was willing to ask a colleague if it was something she didn't know.
