Jessica and Kyle did a grade A job at helping us and making this experience as laid back and relaxed as possible. There was no pressure on us to do anything we didn’t want to do. Chad Long ( manager) worked with me for a week because I lived about 80 miles from Springfield, Illinois. The staff is very friendly and they have a very nice selection of jewelry products. I was just passing through to inquire if they could Clean my Ring and also at the same time tell me what size my Ring finger is. My ring looks very nice. While there I also asked about clip in or something for adjustable ring sizing. They were also able to help me with that as well my ring fits so well.
