Several months ago, I stopped in to look at watches. Elliott assisted me showing me many different styles and I focused in on a particular Citizen. I didn’t purchase at that time thinking I would miss my Apple Watch. I have been looking at the watch online since then and went back to purchase it yesterday, 11/22/25. Elliott remembered me and the watch I loved. That is how to treat customers. I bought the watch and had a marvelous experience. They will be my go to place for jewelry. Thank you Elliott and team!! I had an amazing experience with Roger’s and Hollands! We went to many different jewelry stores and always found our way back to Roger’s!
