I went to many other jewelers and Rodgers & Hollands was the only place that made me feel like more then just another customer. Courtney at the Portage location as fantastic! She took the time with me to help me find what I really wanted. Other places just showed me a few items and didn't have in-stock what I was looking for. I was very impressed and will recommend everyone I know to go there and work with her. She was so much fun to go through this process with too. She bad upgrading my wedding ring fun and exciting!

I searched for a very long time to find the wedding set that fit my personality. I found that ring and amazing service at Roger’s & Hollands!

I stopped in looking for help with specifics for an engagement ring. Right away I was greeted and taken care of. Kim was helping me the most, however the other staff was also kind and attentive when not assisting other customers. Kim (and staff) were very patient as we chose the band and stone with my specific preferences in mind. Very happy with my visit, and will be going back for future jewelry projects/gifts!

His experience showed throughout the entire process, he went above and beyond, even reaching out to multiple people to find the exact diamond we wanted. We truly appreciate the care, patience, and dedication he put into helping us. Jocelyn was also fantastic, and her knowledge and friendly approach added to the experience.
