They were very patient with me, I came back 3 times in the same day! I shopped other jewelry stores and even bought one somewhere else but my mind kept going back to this ring so I returned the other one and bought R&H ring instead. The staff helped out immensely with a purchase of a Ruby Necklace that I eyed! They were attentive to the customer and were also taking care of newer staff.
