It was such a lovely experience.. I came in with my boyfriend to get a gift for my mother since her birthday is Monday.. Arlene was quick to help us out and started making us questions about my mother.. she was so joyful and fun and just made the experience 10x better… we will definitely be back especially after she was so generous to to gives us a $100 ticket/coupon that lasts til February of next year!!! i lost my wedding band for a second time and i went back to rogers and hollands where i met angie. angie was very nice, courteous and pleasant. she offered another alternative for the new wedding ring which was less expensive but looked identical to my old one and is made of high quality tungsten. angie ordered the new ring and it arrived very quickly. i appreciate angie's help. since this is the third wedding ring we purchased from rogers and hollands i would definitely return. john Nov 22, 2025
