They have super friendly and knowledgeable staff. We especially like Joanna, she's super nice and quick to tell us interesting facts about the difference pieces. The jewelers that helped me were very nice and helpful. I was quoted a price and the next day I came in the price had increased. They went above expectations to get me that same price.
