Excellent customer service, Jim was amazing to work with ensuring I found the perfect settings and stones for me. I was very impressed by the blossom cut diamonds I was shown and ended up choosing them for the wedding band I purchased! i lost my wedding band for a second time and i went back to rogers and hollands where i met angie. angie was very nice, courteous and pleasant. she offered another alternative for the new wedding ring which was less expensive but looked identical to my old one and is made of high quality tungsten. angie ordered the new ring and it arrived very quickly. i appreciate angie's help. since this is the third wedding ring we purchased from rogers and hollands i would definitely return. john Nov 22, 2025
