I came in during summer time and talked to a lady named Patricia Srachta we talked about a ring and she told me when I’m ready to stop in. Even though I didn’t want a “high end” watch, they treated me like a favored customer and didn’t try to push the more expensive ones, but showed what was available. I needed a couple links added to make it more comfortable and they gladly ordered them since they weren’t readily available.
