The customer service was excellent but I feel the company has you coming and going. We had a lab grown 2 k that I traded in for a natural one recently and I feel the diamond was marked up to compensate the cost. Robert Oct 22, 2025
The jewelers that helped me were very nice and helpful. I was quoted a price and the next day I came in the price had increased. They went above expectations to get me that same price.
