Excellent customer service, Jim was amazing to work with ensuring I found the perfect settings and stones for me. I was very impressed by the blossom cut diamonds I was shown and ended up choosing them for the wedding band I purchased! 17 yrs ago I came in with tears in my eyes because the jewelry store we purchased our rings from failed to tell me how small it would be after soldered together. Blamed on me.
