Maddie who works for Ashcroft and Oak was very helpful when my husband was looking for specifics for my ring and has an awesome personality. They have great service and affordable prices. Last edit to add! - Randall called today to let me know the new ring was in stock, walked in, immediately was taken care of by the wonderful Randall. It was a quick, headache free swap out. Still very satisfied with bringing my buisness to ashcorft & Oak and of course to Randall, i hope theres comission for him! Randall helped me find an upgrade for my hubby! There were many options, and im not very knowledgeable on men's rings but he helped me find the perfect upgrade! *Edit* Ended up getting wring size, like a doof, called over the phone, got ahold of Randall again, he helped special order the correct size. I have closely worked with Justin over the last five years I will not go anywhere else. His customer service has been absolutely amazing. He goes above and beyond with sales. I have purchased several pieces through him every time I am in the Eau Claire location. I tend to find him because I have always had an honest, friendly positive experience I look forward to future purchases with Justin He goes above and beyond his position he has been more than a sales clerk.
