An incredible experience with Jennifer Ostrander. I am in love with my wedding band she helped me find! Excellent customer service means something these days and if you want this while you are looking for your special piece of jewelry go visit her and her team at Salmon Run Mall! This location has beautiful pieces and my fiancee and I found it easy to find out forever wedding bands. Ordering was a breeze, offered sale prices were amazing, sizing my ring was done so fast and fit perfectly! Thank you Jennifer and Ashcroft & Oak. A truly wonderful experience and we will return because of this experience! AmberLee Nov 23, 2025
Came in to look at watches, was helped immediately by a very knowledgeable salesperson, but she also was willing to ask a colleague if it was something she didn't know. Did not pressure me at all, letting me leave to think about my purchase. Came back and made the purchase. From beginning to end, the process was pleasant and easy. Jason Mar 25, 2025

We worked with Caleb to make some custom rings and are super happy with the result. Pretty chill and honest dude, would recommend. Mike felt pushy and lied to us so we avoided him. Mk Nov 02, 2025
