Xavier was the soul of courtesy, incredibly knowledgeable, and helped me when I was so out of my depth matching a pendant with a necklace for my anniversary. Had an amazing experience at Ashcroft and Oak with Kat and Jason. My mom and I purchased 3 matching gold rings as a surprise for my sister on her wedding day (one for each of us). Jason went above and beyond to ensure the rings arrived in time.
