Wonderful experience tonight at the Springfield, Illinois location! My sister and I were in need of a couple jewlery repairs and Madison went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. Victor was friendly and helpful. I Didn’t feel pressured to buy. I found what I was looking for. I went back a few days later with an issue I had with the second watch I bought.
