17 yrs ago I came in with tears in my eyes because the jewelry store we purchased our rings from failed to tell me how small it would be after soldered together. Blamed on me. Great customer service! I have been looking for a watch for some time and didn’t want to order online. Roger & Hollands Jewelers ended up being the only place that had it in-stock in their store.
