They were very patient with me, I came back 3 times in the same day! I shopped other jewelry stores and even bought one somewhere else but my mind kept going back to this ring so I returned the other one and bought R&H ring instead. Even though I didn’t want a “high end” watch, they treated me like a favored customer and didn’t try to push the more expensive ones, but showed what was available. I needed a couple links added to make it more comfortable and they gladly ordered them since they weren’t readily available. The salesman interacted with us while we were looking, showing interest in us. That’s what sold me—besides liking the watch that I bought!! Linda Oct 22, 2025
Lori did an amazing job. I stopped at multiple places looking to purchase a diamond and have it set in my wife’s wedding ring. At all of those stops I was met with almost snobbish attitudes.
