I went to many other jewelers and Rodgers & Hollands was the only place that made me feel like more then just another customer. Courtney at the Portage location as fantastic! She took the time with me to help me find what I really wanted. Other places just showed me a few items and didn't have in-stock what I was looking for. I was very impressed and will recommend everyone I know to go there and work with her. She was so much fun to go through this process with too. She bad upgrading my wedding ring fun and exciting! The customer service is wonderful. Dana chatted with me and cleaned my ring that was my grandmothers as I looked and tried on jewelry. Although I didn't make a purchase today, I will definitely be back! I used to be loyal to another jewelry store but stopped going based on the location being all the way in Joliet and then after driving out there has horrible customer service so glad I decided to stroll in to Rodgers & Hollands today!
