I was looking for a nice watch but wasn't sure how to explain it. Dowson and Jocelyn were so helpful and kind. They patiently pulled out every watch I looked at and helped me to pin down what would work best. I highly recommend them, very professional and not pushy. Renee Oct 20, 2025
Maddie who works for Ashcroft and Oak was very helpful when my husband was looking for specifics for my ring and has an awesome personality. They have great service and affordable prices. I highly recommend them. They got it sized pretty quickly and it fits perfect now. I couldn't be happier or more in love with my new ring from them Melissa Sep 09, 2025
