BV Mall staff in Canton, OH were friendly, personable, knowledgeable and respected my budget. I bought a diamond pendant necklace and was very happy with the result. Would recommend. Josh Sep 26, 2025
I have closely worked with Justin over the last five years I will not go anywhere else. His customer service has been absolutely amazing. He goes above and beyond with sales. I have purchased several pieces through him every time I am in the Eau Claire location. I tend to find him because I have always had an honest, friendly positive experience I look forward to future purchases with Justin He goes above and beyond his position he has been more than a sales clerk. I have also witnessed him training other staff. He is beyond pleasant and knowledgeable. He is personal that is an asset to have in an every day business. Rochelle Aug 19, 2025
This is our Go To place for jewelry. They have a great selection in store and anything else you could want for order from their main office and they also offer custom pieces which they are amazing at. The manager, Jim, is very knowledgeable. He and his staff are very helpful and will take the time needed to make sure you get exactly what you want. Any issues we have had in the past 16 years of doing business with them, have been resolved quickly and to our complete satisfaction. If you are looking for a jeweler who will provide excellent service during and after the sale with beautiful pieces, this is the place! Jimmy Nov 09, 2025
