Came in to look at watches, was helped immediately by a very knowledgeable salesperson, but she also was willing to ask a colleague if it was something she didn't know. Excellent customer service, Jim was amazing to work with ensuring I found the perfect settings and stones for me. I was very impressed by the blossom cut diamonds I was shown and ended up choosing them for the wedding band I purchased!
