Jeremy was such a help with everything from getting my necklace to getting the chain fixed

Came here to Ashcroft and Oak and was just looking at first/window shopping and Mr. Joel Harris grade A gentleman, who will also make you laugh the first chance he gets, shows my wife rings and she chose the one she felt was the one for her after many decisions.

Had a great experience at the Belden Village store with Kimberly and Ryan. We went into this store to look for something for myself and my wife saw a ring she really liked. Kimberly showed us the ring as well as some others similar to compare it to. There was no pressure whatsoever and she took her time and answered all our questions. She was delightful to work with. After a much longer visit than I expected, we purchased the ring Kimberly showed us, a new ring for me and a necklace for my wife. Oh, and I did purchase what I originally stopped in to look at for myself. Ryan was also very helpful when I was looking for a new wedding band for me. He was able to find one, a bit unusual, that I would consider. I did purchase it. Kimberly and Ryan, in my opinion, went above and beyond to help us. We’ll be back soon to have Kimberly help us with future purchases.
