I went to many other jewelers and Rodgers & Hollands was the only place that made me feel like more then just another customer. Courtney at the Portage location as fantastic! She took the time with me to help me find what I really wanted. Other places just showed me a few items and didn't have in-stock what I was looking for. This is our Go To place for jewelry. They have a great selection in store and anything else you could want for order from their main office and they also offer custom pieces which they are amazing at. The manager, Jim, is very knowledgeable. He and his staff are very helpful and will take the time needed to make sure you get exactly what you want. Any issues we have had in the past 16 years of doing business with them, have been resolved quickly and to our complete satisfaction.
