Joel Harris and Brad Ferguson has helped me today find the perfect jewelry that was right for me. This took listening to my wants and making it happen. They both are excellent salespeople and made me feel like more than a customer. Thank you for having such caring people working at Ashcroft & Oak! Ceresier Tarvin Bettyboopblkloc Nov 20, 2025
I have closely worked with Justin over the last five years I will not go anywhere else. His customer service has been absolutely amazing. He goes above and beyond with sales. I have purchased several pieces through him every time I am in the Eau Claire location. I tend to find him because I have always had an honest, friendly positive experience I look forward to future purchases with Justin He goes above and beyond his position he has been more than a sales clerk. I have also witnessed him training other staff. He is beyond pleasant and knowledgeable. He is personal that is an asset to have in an every day business. Rochelle Aug 19, 2025
