The customer service is wonderful. Dana chatted with me and cleaned my ring that was my grandmothers as I looked and tried on jewelry. Although I didn't make a purchase today, I will definitely be back! I used to be loyal to another jewelry store but stopped going based on the location being all the way in Joliet and then after driving out there has horrible customer service so glad I decided to stroll in to Rodgers & Hollands today! The staff helped out immensely with a purchase of a Ruby Necklace that I eyed! They were attentive to the customer and were also taking care of newer staff. Emily was exceedingly helpful in showing the necklace and showing engagement ring ideas! I would recommend shopping and the prices seem very reasonable! Me and my partner went engagement ring shopping. This was the second store we looked at. Bill was very friendly and got us up to speed on what to know about diamonds, gold, and the like. Showed us a variety of rings so that my partner could get a good feel for how it felt on her hand. Came back after looking at several places in town and decided to go the custom route, which Johnathan helped me with. They asked me if I had a budget in mind, and stated they would try their best to work with that and did so. We went through several iterations with the artists designing the ring. We looked at diamonds together, online, and in person to pick the right center stone. The prices on their diamonds beat comparable diamonds from other retailers. They were very respectful, amenable, and pleasant throughout the whole process. The final product was a ring that my partner was very happy with. Would recommend to anyone! Sam Oct 24, 2025
