I recently purchased a watch for my husband, and he loved it! He took it in to be size and no issues. He purchased a ring for me, all I can say is it is beautiful. The style, setting, the shape of the diamond....I just love it! And I am sure they did assist him in choosing it! I have had jewelry repaired there and never a worry. Last edit to add! - Randall called today to let me know the new ring was in stock, walked in, immediately was taken care of by the wonderful Randall. It was a quick, headache free swap out. Still very satisfied with bringing my buisness to ashcorft & Oak and of course to Randall, i hope theres comission for him! Randall helped me find an upgrade for my hubby! There were many options, and im not very knowledgeable on men's rings but he helped me find the perfect upgrade! *Edit* Ended up getting wring size, like a doof, called over the phone, got ahold of Randall again, he helped special order the correct size. All in all, very happy and satisfied with the customer service here!

Liz is absolutely amazing. Helped me and my daughter out A1 top notch she's so knowledgeable and not pushy. Update. I had to replace a ring. I used the insurance feature I bought.
