I was just passing through to inquire if they could Clean my Ring and also at the same time tell me what size my Ring finger is. My ring looks very nice. While there I also asked about clip in or something for adjustable ring sizing. They were also able to help me with that as well my ring fits so well. Even though I wasn't a customer today, I will definitely be back in the future. The young man that helped me was Gabriel. He was very helpful and polite.

I have purchased several pieces through him every time I am in the Eau Claire location. I tend to find him because I have always had an honest, friendly positive experience I look forward to future purchases with Justin He goes above and beyond his position he has been more than a sales clerk. I have also witnessed him training other staff. He is beyond pleasant and knowledgeable. He is personal that is an asset to have in an every day business.

My wife and I went into the store multiple times so she could look at and try on diamond stud earrings. She wasn’t sure exactly what she wanted in the beginning and was looking at multiple pairs at multiple different stores. She finally settled on what she wanted finding 3 different sets at 3 different stores. All were similar in stone size, clarity, and setting. The difference was the people! Elijah and Delaney were incredible. Very helpful and kind. Explaining and answering every question my wife had. They were both incredibly patient and not pushy in the slightest. I absolutely could not have asked for a better experience buying my wife her dream earrings.
