The customer service is wonderful. Dana chatted with me and cleaned my ring that was my grandmothers as I looked and tried on jewelry. Although I didn't make a purchase today, I will definitely be back! I used to be loyal to another jewelry store but stopped going based on the location being all the way in Joliet and then after driving out there has horrible customer service so glad I decided to stroll in to Rodgers & Hollands today! Barry was extremely patient and helpful while assisting my mom with an anniversary gift. He was warm and welcoming from the moment we walked into the store. Lori did an amazing job. I stopped at multiple places looking to purchase a diamond and have it set in my wife’s wedding ring. At all of those stops I was met with almost snobbish attitudes.
