Well Theresa and her assistant were very friendly and professional with me. I've been with Roger's and Holland for 17 yrs and my wife have been with them even longer. There isn't any other Jeweler we rather go to. I've arrived here today and had both of our wedding bands for our inspection and in no time they were inspected, cleaned and returned to me. Theresa is absolutely amazing! I needed my Wife's wedding ring fixed and rodium plated, and she was able to get all my info found, collated into one account and have the ring sent off, fixed and back within a week and a half! Several months ago, I stopped in to look at watches. Elliott assisted me showing me many different styles and I focused in on a particular Citizen. I didn’t purchase at that time thinking I would miss my Apple Watch. I have been looking at the watch online since then and went back to purchase it yesterday, 11/22/25.
