My girlfriend and I went looking for an engagement ring, and Matt was extremely helpful and truly committed to making sure it turned out perfect. His experience showed throughout the entire process, he went above and beyond, even reaching out to multiple people to find the exact diamond we wanted. We truly appreciate the care, patience, and dedication he put into helping us. Jocelyn was also fantastic, and her knowledge and friendly approach added to the experience. The staff helped out immensely with a purchase of a Ruby Necklace that I eyed! They were attentive to the customer and were also taking care of newer staff. Emily was exceedingly helpful in showing the necklace and showing engagement ring ideas! I would recommend shopping and the prices seem very reasonable! Our experience here was excellent. We came in o e day and looked at a ring that contained our son’s birthstone and a butterfly and then came back a few days later to get it. Our son had just passed away and this ring meant a lot to my wife. They were very receptive and kind while working with us on the purchase and made us feel like more than just a “customer” getting a product. The lady also showed my wife the cleaning cloth for silver and cleaned her earrings which was amazing. They brought a smile to our face which was not easy to do. We will be coming back for life!
