My husband and I have always been a satisfied customers for over 20 years shopping with Terri from my wedding ring to all my up grades over the years. She always delivers as promised to find me the most beautiful ring. I have never had to shop outside of Rogers & Hollands because my family has always been satisfied with Terri outstanding service for our wedding anniversary. The service here is beyond what is expected and the selection is stylish and elegant! Their expert staff is knowledgeable, attentive to your needs and can help you find stunning pieces at the lowest possible price. The protection plans of the company are some of the best. Jim and Jenna offer a comfortable, pressure free and supportive experience that I prefer when shopping for jewelry. They have deep knowledge of jewelry and their inventory. Their personal approach to sales let's me know they are there for me and there is a tangible effort on their behalf to be under the budget I set. Hence, I haven't shopped anywhere else in years, have developed a great relationship with them and shop with them for everything from small gifts for holidays to our wedding rings.

I had an amazing experience with Kelli. She helped me find the ring I wanted and she told me they were having a Black Friday sale and it may be cheaper than the ticket showed.
