Stopped in to purchase my wedding bands and was assisted by the store manager Theresa Holden who was fantastic in helping us pick out a couple weddings bands that were comfortable and the type of style I was wanting. 10/10 recommend stopping by

Had a great experience at the Belden Village store with Kimberly and Ryan. We went into this store to look for something for myself and my wife saw a ring she really liked. Kimberly showed us the ring as well as some others similar to compare it to. There was no pressure whatsoever and she took her time and answered all our questions. She was delightful to work with. After a much longer visit than I expected, we purchased the ring Kimberly showed us, a new ring for me and a necklace for my wife. Oh, and I did purchase what I originally stopped in to look at for myself. Ryan was also very helpful when I was looking for a new wedding band for me. He was able to find one, a bit unusual, that I would consider. I did purchase it. Kimberly and Ryan, in my opinion, went above and beyond to help us. We’ll be back soon to have Kimberly help us with future purchases.

Abdul was very helpful and created a perfect solution for my wife’s rings. We just picked them up and are very happy with how they came out. Great customer service, they even kept the store open a few minutes late so that we could pick up.

Victor was friendly and helpful. I Didn’t feel pressured to buy. I found what I was looking for. I went back a few days later with an issue I had with the second watch I bought.
